Conqueror Haki Now it’s something that feels like a must-have for top fighters One Piece.
Luffy, Shanks, Kaido, Big Mom, and many other pirates have Conqueror Haki. They also became the names of the top pirates who were feared.
But there are also some powerful pirates One Piece who don’t have one Conqueror Haki. There are those who are suspected of having it but it hasn’t been confirmed, there are those who don’t seem to have it because they haven’t used it yet.
Anyone? Here’s the list!
10. King

As a Lunarian, his body was generally impossible to harm. His enemy had to wait for the fire on King’s back to go out before they could injure him.
King is also a figure who is difficult to beat even though he doesn’t have one Conqueror Haki.

3. Blackbeard
