1. There was a moment when Ultra Instinct Goku attacked Gohan Beast quickly, and when he wanted to reply, Gohan Beast was unable to land an attack

He suddenly landed several attacks on Gohan, which apparently Gohan didn’t even anticipate.
When Gohan was about to attack back, Ultra Instinct Goku avoided all of his attacks.
The problem is that when Ultra Instinct is mastered, Goku’s body moves on its own purely by instinct.
2. Gohan Beast Solution

Apparently not. Gohan Beast has a solution for Ultra Instinct that can dodge his attacks.
There was a moment when Gohan Beast’s attack became so strong and fast, that in the end Goku’s Ultra Instinct ability to dodge was unable to keep up with Gohan’s speed.
Gohan can do this, he said, by improving chi to the point he would go berserk, but he could still control himself. For now, that’s the best way for Gohan to draw his power.
And since he can beat Ultra Instinct, this method has proven to be effective.
3. Whis confirms that Gohan Beast is not a Super Saiyan

4. Goku feels that Earth will be safe even if one day he is gone

Super Saiyan Broly is incredibly strong, and Dragon Ball Super 103 confirms it. Even though he is “only” Super Saiyan, not like Super Saiyan God or Super Saiyan Blue, Broly was able to keep up with Gohan Beast. Although then there was a moment when Gohan was able to grab and throw Broly.
This situation then developed into a battle of many people, when Vegeta wanted to fight Gohan, Goten and Trunks wanted to fight Broly, and Goku then got involved.
In the end, we then see that the Saiyans and Saiyan descendants are all exhausted and return to their basic form.
