Ninjas in Naruto have a rank structure. Initially geninThen chuninAnd jonin.
Rising in rank means the ninja’s obligations become even higher. Genins generally only do missions up to rank C. Rank B is generally handed over to chunin and higher, and so on.
For status chunin, although the test is tough, in the end most ninja will achieve that title too. Most of Naruto’s colleagues ended up being at least one chunin.
But there are five strong ninjas there Naruto which never happened chunin.
1. Naruto Uzumaki

Kosuke served under Tobirama and Minato.
One of the interesting things about Kosuke is that he has control jutsu water because he was taught by Tobirama. Tobirama mastered various elements, but water was his specialty Hokage Those two. So Kosuke studied on masters jutsu water.
