The characters resurrected with the forbidden jutsu Edo Tensei by Kabuto are not just random characters. Many of them are shinobi S class which is very feared by shinobi-shinobi great.
However, there were names that Kabuto missed. Some are because their bodies were not found, there are also those whose reasons are unknown. Here they are!
1. Fugaku Uchiha
