The devil is the main enemy in the series Kimetsu no Yaiba that demon hunters must face.
Their power levels vary, but many are dangerous and difficult to defeat.
These are the 7 demons of the 12 Kizuki Kimetsu no Yaiba which is hard to beat!
Oh yeah, since we’re only counting the 12 Kizuki, Muzan isn’t included. The 12 Kizuki only consist of Muzan’s subordinates.
7. Rui
dock. Ufotable/ Kimetsu no YaibaRui who is the Fifth Lower Moon Demon might be an opponent that Giyu can quickly defeat, it doesn’t even look difficult.
But Rui and his family make it difficult for Tanjiro and his friends to defeat them.
Because it is not easy to defeat Rui, here Tanjiro can use Sun breathing.
6. Enmu
dock. Ufotable/ Kimetsu no YaibaEnmu is an enemy in Mugen Train and also the First Lower Moon Demon who is quite dangerous.
One of Enmu’s dangerous powers besides turning trains into demons is his ability to put humans to sleep.
Even the powerful Hashira can be affected by Enmu’s power, the one who is not so affected is of course Zenitsu.
5. Gyutaro and Daki
Daki and Gyutaro (ufotable/Kimetsu no Yaiba)Gyutaro and Daki are the Sixth Upper Moon Demons who are enemies in the Entertainment District Arc.
They have great power as the Upper Moon Demon, but what makes it difficult for Tanjiro and the others is that they both have to be cut down at the same time.
Having to slash both Gyutaro and Daki at the same time makes defeating him extremely difficult.
4. Ghost
Sekido, Karaku, and Urogi (doc. Ufotable/ Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc)After Gyutaro, we immediately jump to Hantengu and skip Gyokko because it turns out that Gyokko was defeated quite quickly by Muichiro.
Hantengu can split himself into several demons, making it difficult for Tanjiro and the others to deal with him.
However, when Hantengu is faced by Hashira and the others, it is still very difficult to defeat because they have to find his small original body.
3. Doma
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no YaibaDoma is the Second Upper Moon Demon who has ice powers, can freeze the air and make it difficult for demon hunters to breathe normally, let alone use breathing techniques.
Because of that, Doma is difficult to defeat, even Shinobu Kocho was defeated and devoured by Doma.
However, it was Kocho’s poison that allowed Inosuke and Kanao to defeat Doma.
Seeing Doma’s actions before Shinobu’s poison affected him, if Shinobu hadn’t sacrificed herself, Kanao and Inosuke might have died.
2. Akaza
dock. Ufotable/ Kimetsu no YaibaAkaza is the Third Upper Moon Demon who has very great physical strength and attacks with his fists which are also very scary.
Akaza’s ability to attack strongly and regenerate quickly makes him difficult to defeat.
The combination of Tanjiro and Giyu did not easily corner Akaza.
At least, Tanjiro’s development in the Akaza duel resulted in no casualties in the duel. However, it should be noted that Mugen Train arcAkaza managed to knock Rengoku down!
What’s scary is that Akaza even lost because he ended his own life. He had reached a state where he could survive even though his neck had been cut, but he decided to stop himself.
1. Kokushibo
kimetsu no yaiba fandomKokushibo is the First Upper Moon Demon which is a demon, but can use breathing techniques, specifically Moon breathing.
He is the twin of Yoriichi who is the strongest demon hunter in history.
It took the three strongest Hashira plus Genya to face Kokushibo, and even then Kokushibo was defeated similarly to Akaza.
