With this trailer and promotional image, it was announced today that an anime series adaptation of the novel is in production. Ameku Takao’s Detective Karte (Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte) by Mikito Chinen. The staff or cast have not yet been revealed.
Ameku Takao’s Detective Karte (Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte) began publication in 2014 and ended in September 2022 with 13 volumes. Later, 3 more volumes were added in a reprint.
A manga adaptation by Hiroki Ohara started in 2016 in Monthly Comic @Bunch and ended with 4 volumes in 2018.

The story follows a super-intelligent doctor who works in the general diagnostics department of Tenikai General Hospital, facing unidentifiable patient illnesses and other mysteries presented before her sharp eyes.
