In this Anime Expo 2024 This beautiful trailer for the anime adaptation of the manga was shown Witch Hat Atelier (Atelier of Witch Hat or Tongari Boushi no Atelier) Kamome Shirahama where it is revealed that the premiere will take place in 2025. Below you can see a promotional image.
It was also revealed that the animation was handed over to the studio BUG FILMS (Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead), directed by Ayumu Watanabe (Ace Attorney, Doraemon movies), the production is by Hiroaki Kojima (production by Komi Can’t Communicate), the character design is by Kairi Unabara (Pokémon Evolutions) and the music is the responsibility of Yuka Kitamura (Elden Ring).
Witch Hat Atelier (Atelier of Witch Hat or Tongari Boushi no Atelier) began publication in July 2016 on Monthly Morning Two.
A spinoff manga titled Tongari Boushi no Kitchen (Witch Hat Kitchen) began publication in the same magazine in November 2019 by Hiromi Satou.
