O official site of adaptation anime of BL manga, Tadaima, Okaeri (I’m Home, Welcome Back), revealed that the premiere will be on April 8, 2024 (effectively April 9th at 00:30).
The animation is by Studio Deen, directed by Shinji Ishihira (Sasaki and Miyano, Super Lovers, Fairy Tail). While the script is by Yoshiko Nakamura (Super Lovers, Sasaki and Miyano) and character design by Mina Ōsawa (School Babysitters, Given, I★CHU: Halfway Through The Idol).
In the additional production cast we will have Juria Matsumura as assistant director, Masaki Mayuzumi in art direction and Yui Azumi taking care of the main colors. Meanwhile, the photography composition direction is in charge of Shinyo Kondo and the editing is by Keiko Onodera. Additionally, Shōji Hata is responsible for the sound direction, Noriko Izumo handles the sound effects, and the music is by Megumi Oohashi. Musical production is Nippon Columbia.
In the voice cast (seiyuu’s), we have:

- Toshiyuki Morikawa as Hiromu Fujiyoshi
- Atsumi Tanezaki as baby Hikari Fujiyoshi
O mango made its debut in the e-book anthology “THE OMEGAVERSE PROJECT” by Fusion Product in 2016. In April 2019, they released the fourth volume with the title “Tadaima, OkaeriーHitoyasumi (I’m Home, Welcome Back ーBreatherー) ”.
Synopsis of Tadaima, Okaeri
The manga’s story revolves around the daily lives of Masaki Fujiyoshi, a stay-at-home husband who faces self-confidence challenges, his elite salaryman husband, Hiromu, and their two-year-old son, Hikari. Together, they face life’s unexpected events, strengthening the bonds that unite them and becoming a “family” with each passing day.
