O official twitter of the anime series adaptation of Solo Leveling revealed that episode 8 has been postponed, in its place on February 24th a summary episode 7.5 dubbed “How to get stronger” will be shown.
No reason for the postponement of episode 8 was revealed, and this episode 7.5 is described as “A retrospective of episodes 1 to 7 with newly recorded character narration”.
Remember that the animation of Solo Leveling was delivered to the studio A-1 Pictures (86: Eighty-Six, Sword Art Online, Kaguya-sama: Love is War) which has previously had problems that led to the postponement of episodes of anime series such as 86: Eighty-Six It is NieR: Automata Ver 1.1a.
The anime is produced by the studio A-1 Pictures (86: Eighty-Six, Sword Art Online, Kaguya-sama: Love is War), directed by Shunsuke Nakashige (Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory), the story is of Noboru Kimura (Gundam Build Divers, Nyaruko: Crawling with Love!), the character designs are by Tomoko Sudo (Alice in Borderland, Fragtime) and the soundtrack is the responsibility of Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan, Blue Exorcist, Kill la Kill, Mobile Suit Gundam UC).
Chugong started publishing Solo Leveling digitally in July 2016 and a webtoon adaptation was published on KakaoPage by the hand of Jang Sung-rakending in December 2021. As we previously reported, the artist Jang Sung-Rakbetter known as DUBUunfortunately passed away in July 2022.
