  • «The battle with Cerberus was not interesting».

  • «The first half of the story was interesting, but eventually it turns into the same thing we’ve seen in other series».
  • «The reviews are bad simply because a story like that is no longer interesting.».
  • «I’ve only seen a video of the anime, I don’t have much idea what it’s about, but when you read the description you can’t help but compare it to Sword Art Online».
  • «In South Korean manhwa stories, there is a constant of characters who were physically and verbally abused in the past becoming super powerful. It has been seen so much that it is already boring to see».
  • «Although Solo Leveling was original and interesting in its time, I think that by 2015, many similar stories that came later did get their anime. They took too long to animate Solo Leveling, they missed the opportunity».
  • «It’s much better than any light novel with broken characters, too bad they didn’t think to animate it about five years ago, at least».
  • «It’s the power fantasy we’ve seen endlessly. Maybe Solo Leveling did it first in its time, but for the anime world it came quite late».
  • «I have read the original story and I know what is going to happen within the anime. I stopped watching it after four episodes without having any special opinion, I didn’t find it interesting».
  • «With just one episode, Arifureta is much more interesting than this».
  • «I think it’s the best-selling manhwa in history and I didn’t expect it to be flying so far under the radar now that it’s been turned into an anime. I don’t think I’ve even seen it enough to have an opinion.».
  • «It is simply an anime that is more appreciated outside of Japan than inside. Although they changed the name and settings to seem more Japanese, they couldn’t withstand nationalism».
  • «The status and quest screens are in English, not Japanese, so if you haven’t seen the manga you won’t understand it at all».
  • «Like any story of a broken protagonist, the interesting thing is only at the beginning».
