It is currently unclear whether this will be a new entry in the series. A Plague Tale or a whole new game.
A Plague Tale: Requiem was released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch and PC via Steam on October 18, 2022. It is also available via Xbox Game Pass.
Synopsis for A Plague Tale: Requiem
After escaping their devastated homeland, Amicia and Hugo travel south to new regions and vibrant cities. There, they try to start a new life and control Hugo’s curse. But when Hugo’s powers awaken, death and destruction return, a flood of devouring rats. Forced to flee, the brothers hope that a prophesied island may hold the key to saving Hugo.
