Are these Boruto filler episodes worth checking out?
You know those Boruto fillers that everyone tells you to skip? Well, some of them are surprisingly good and are worth checking out. One of the best is the Mitsuki Disappearance Arc. Mitsuki is that character that everyone likes, but who didn’t have much of a story in the manga. This arc features one of the best fights in the series, between Orochimaru and Log. Another arc that you can’t miss is Time Slip, where Sasuke and Boruto go back in time and collide with Naruto’s young crowd and Jiraiya.
Now, talking about fillers to avoid, there are some that really aren’t exciting. Like episode 49, called Wasabi & Namida. It’s that type of filler that even the most dedicated fans find a bit dragging. The episode revolves around Wasabi and Namida trying to deal with an animal rescue mission, and honestly, it doesn’t give away much about the main story.
And as for hoops to jump through, Super Chocho Love is one of them. This arc focuses on Chocho trying to protect a celebrity she has a crush on, and even changes her appearance to impress. Despite having a message about personal acceptance, the plot is not the most striking.
