Now, about chapter 247, it was like this: Sukuna realized that Hiromi Higuruma knows the Cursed Techniques as much as he does. Sukuna separated Yuji from the rest and, after a strong attack on Yuji, cut off Higuruma’s arm. He ordered Higuruma to heal himself using the Reverse Curse Technique. After an attack from Choso, Higuruma had the chance to attack Sukuna, but ended up cutting off his own hand. The chapter ended with Yuji reappearing, taking Higuruma’s Executioner’s Sword and stabbing Sukuna in the back.
As for what to expect from chapter 248, the duel between Yuji and Sukuna will probably begin. Yuji’s Cursed Technique must be important in the fight, and perhaps we will finally understand exactly what it is. There should also be confirmation about Higuruma’s fate, which, based on the way the previous chapter ended, doesn’t look very good.
