One leak revealed that a second season of the anime series adaptation of the manga is in production Grand Blue Dreaming (Grand Blue) written by Kenji Inoue and illustrated by Kimitake Yoshioka. We are now waiting for official confirmation.
The first season premiered in July 2018. The animation is by the studio Zero-G (DIVE!!, Battery the Animation, Tsugumomo), the direction, sound and script are by Shinji Takamatsu (Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE!, Gintama, Daily Lives of High School Boys) and the character designs are by Hideoki Kusama (Battery the Animation).
A live-action film debuted in Japanese theaters in August 2020.
