Let This Grieving Soul Retire! Anime Series Announced

A Micro Magazine announced that an anime series adaptation of the novel is in production Let This Grieving Soul Retire! (Nageki no Bōrei wa Intai Shitai: Saijaku Hunter ni Yoru Saikyō Party Ikusei-jutsu) by Tsukikage It is Chyko. You can see the announcement trailer above and below a promotional image for this anime series that will debut in 2024.

With animation by the studio Zero-G (RikeKoi, Battery, Piace -Watashi no Italian-), the direction is Masahiro Takata (High-Rise Invasion, The Family Circumstances of the Irregular Witch, The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World), the argument is Hideki Shirane (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, Aria the Scarlet Ammo, Date A Live) and the character design is by Yūsuke Isouchi (Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It) and Shingo Fujisaki. Music is the responsibility of Ryōhei Sataka (Release the Spyce, D4DJ First Mix, Do It Yourself!!) on Avex Pictures.

Let This Grieving Soul Retire! (Nageki no Bōrei wa Intai Shitai: Saijaku Hunter ni Yoru Saikyō Party Ikusei-jutsu) began to be published on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in January 2018 and ended in December of that same year. Its 11th volume will be released on February 28, 2024.

A manga adaptation by Rai Hebino began to be published on ComicWalker in April 2019 and its 9th volume will be released by Kadokawa February 26, 2024.

However, expectations continue to rise, along with Krai’s fear for his life.
