Man pleads guilty at trial to threatening Attack on Titan actress (Mikasa) and Violet Evergarden

Fukuta Kishimoto 25 years old, pleaded guilty at trial to threatening the seiyuu Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa in Attack on Titan, 2B in NieR: Automata, Violet Evergarden in Violet Evergarden).

After being arrested, he admitted in court to having published a message saying he would stab Ishikawa with a knife and kill her. The prosecution requested that the court sentence Kishimoto to 18 months in prison, adding that Ishikawa trembled in fear at night. The defense asked for a lighter sentence. The court will declare its verdict on February 9th.
