Synopsis of Mecha-Ude
Long ago, alien life forms arrived on Earth and merged with the planet’s inhabitants. Due to their appearance, they were nicknamed “Mecha-ude”, as when merged they bore a striking resemblance to mechanized limbs. Through an unwitting association, high school student Hikaru Amatsuga works alongside the Mecha-ude Arma, an extremely rare and special existence. To protect Arma, the resistance group ARMS assigns Aki Murasame to follow him wherever he goes.
However, he is also searching for a mysterious snake-type Mecha-ude user who has put many of his comrades in critical condition. Behind the scenes, an organization known as the Kagami Group is searching for the mythical “Shooting Arm,” a Mecha-ude said to grant unlimited power. When Aki’s life is threatened by this group, Hikaru must team up with the Weapon to find the courage to fight back, and learn along the way that his life will never be normal again.
