A Sony Interactive Entertainment Portugal revealed who are some of the Portuguese voices of seven of the main characters in the highly anticipated film Marvel’s Spider-Man 2which will arrive exclusively at PlayStation 5 this Friday, October 20th. The Portuguese YouTuber Ric Fazeres went to meet some of the cast, and has already shared a video where it is possible to see their reaction upon discovering, in this case, who voices the iconic Peter Parker and Miles Morales, and also the game’s fearsome villain, Venom.
The YouTuber was particularly surprised, and also shocked, to discover that Carlos Nobre, better known as Carlão, is the one who plays a powerful, burly beast who arrived in Marvel’s New York as a wicked natural disaster (the fearsome Venom) in the Portuguese version of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. This is the first time that the historic lead singer of Da Weasel, who is eager to try the Insomniac Games title, has doubled a character from a video game, and the result, according to those who have already had the opportunity to try it, is incredible.
Portuguese actor Tiago Teotónio Pereira returns to voice Peter Parker, the iconic Spider-Man, while actor Alexandre Carvalho plays the incredible Miles Morales, the other spider that players will be able to play with from Friday.
In addition to these, the cast that gives the Portuguese voice to the game Marvel’s Spider-Man 2also featuring renowned actors Paulo Pires (who plays the relentless hunter Kraven) and Marco Delgado (who lent his voice to another villain, Sandman).
In the description of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 we can read:
Spider-Men, Peter Parker and Miles Morales, return for an incredible new adventure in the acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man series, for PS5. Nine months after the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, we see Miles still being helped by Peter, but after the appearance of the mysterious symbiote, the relationship between the two spider-men is put to the test.
Peter begins to change as he gains symbiote powers, and Miles, Mary Jane, Harry and the rest of the group of friends have to help him while facing threats from a new cast of villains, including Kraven, Lizard, Sandman. and Venom!
