Synopsis of MF Ghost

The story takes place in 2020, in which autonomous electric cars have replaced internal combustion cars. However, in Japan there is a large organization called MFG, founded by Ryosuke Takahashi (from the Initial D series), which runs street races with internal combustion cars. A newcomer, Kanata Livington, who competes under the pseudonym Kanata Katagiri, a 19-year-old Japanese-British boy, appeared on the scene driving a Toyota 86 and crashing high-end European cars, such as the Lamborghini Huracan Performante, the Ferrari 488 GTB, the Lotus Exige, the Alfa Romeo 4C, the Lexus LC500 and the Porsche 911 Carrera. Kanata was trained by legendary rally and downhill driver Takumi Fujiwara (star of the Initial D series) at the UK’s Royal Donington Racing School and is a Formula 4 world champion. He has only one motive: to find his lost father.
