With animation by the studios Yokohama Animation Lab (Miru Tights) and Cloud Hearts (Whisper Me a Love Song), directed by Tamaki Nakatsu (Eyeshield 21: The Phantom Golden Bowl), the argument is Hiroki Uchida (Gamers!, The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest) and the character design is by Itsuki Takemoto (animation direction by Kan Colle, Naruto Shippūden). Music is the responsibility of Tatsuhiko Saiki, Yūya Mori, Misaki Tsuchida It is Tsugumi Tanaka.

The New Gate began publication in “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” (Let’s Become Novelists) in 2023 and physically in December 2023. Its 21st volume was released in September 2022. A manga adaptation by Miwa It began publication in November 2014 and its 13th volume was released on February 28, 2023.
Synopsis of The New Gate
