This promotional image for the second season of the anime series adaptation of the manga was revealed today. The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) by Norio Sakurai which will debut in January 2024.
The animation is from Shinei Animation (Takagi-san the Master of Teasing, Elegant Yokai Apartment Life, Doraemon), directed by Hiroaki Akagi (Teasing Master Takagi-san, Those Snow White Notes), the script is by Jukki Hanada (Love Live! Sunshine!!, Sound! Euphonium, Steins;Gate) and the character design is by Masato Katsumata (The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬, The Quintessential Quintuplets the Movie). Music is the responsibility of kensuke ushio (Liz and the Blue Bird, Chainsaw Man, A Silent Voice).
The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) began publication in Weekly Shōnen Champion in March 2018.
The work has 2.3 million copies in circulation and won first place in the “Manga that they liked to see animated” survey carried out during the Anime Japan 2021.
