With this promotional video, the official website of the anime series adaptation of the manga Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi (Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister or Matchmaking of the Amagami Household) by Marcey Naito introduced the cast.
Scheduled to premiere in 2024, we find the cast in the order in which they appear in the video:
- Sumire Uesaka as Yae Amagami
- Kaede Hondo as Yuna Amagami
- Shion Wakayama as Asahi Amagami
- Ryōta Suzuki as Uryu Kamihate.
The animation is from StudioDrive (VLAD LOVE, KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!), directed by Yujiro Abe (KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world! 3, Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!), the argument is from Hiroshi Watanabe (Orphen, Hetalia The Beautiful World). Yasuko Aoki (The Demon Prince of Momochi House, Phantom of the Idol) and the character design is by Haruko Iizuka (Horimiya, Little Busters!, Tamayura).
Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi began to be published in April 2021 in Weekly Shōnen Magazine. The manga had already been published as a one-shot in December 2020, but gained enough prominence to become the first serialized work by Marcey Naito.
As a curiosity Marcey Naitou was an assistant Negi Harubawho created the manga Gotoubun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets).
Synopsis of Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi
Uryu Kamihate had a difficult start in life, but he plans to forget it all by fulfilling his dream – enrolling in medical school. But when he arrives at his new foster home, a work sanctuary, his dream of a peaceful place to study goes up in smoke. Not only will he live with the three beautiful and lively Amagami sisters, but he also learns that he must marry one of them and take control of the temple!
