Finally new information about one of my favorite animes has been given, the remake of Ranma 1/2 will premiere on October 5th and a visual as well as a beautiful PV were released, in addition to information about the staff and voice actors.
First of all, not all the voices from the original anime will return, but of those who will return we have Kappei Yamaguchi (male Ranma), Megumi Hayashibara (female Ranma), Noriko Hidaka (Akane), Minami Takeyama (Nabiki), Kikuko Inoue (Kasumi), Koichi Yamadera (Ryoga), Rei Sakuma (Shampoo).
Anime visual below:

PV:
Of the new voices, Genma Saotome and Soun Tendo will have new voice actors, Genma’s original voice actor Kenichi Ogata will be the narrator of the anime, instead of reprising his role as Genma.
The studio is MAPPA! Surprise, huh? The music will be done by Kaoru Wada (from Inuyasha). The anime, as mentioned, will premiere on Japanese TV and Netflix on October 5th.
Let’s see how censored it will be.
Ranma 1/2 Synopsis
Ranma Saotome is a top-class martial artist and prodigy at the Saotome “Anything Goes” martial arts school. While training in China, he and his father met a terrible fate when they accidentally fell into a cursed spring. Now, Ranma has been cursed to turn into a girl when splashed with cold water, and only hot water can turn him back into a boy.
Things only get more complicated when Ranma discovers that his father has arranged for him to marry one of Soun Tendo’s three daughters in order to secure the future of the Tendo dojo. Although Soun knows of Ranma’s predicament, he is still determined to go through with the engagement and chooses his youngest daughter, Akane, who happens to be a skilled martial artist and is famous for hating men.
Ranma ½ follows the hilarious adventures of Ranma and Akane as they encounter various opponents, meet new love interests, and find different ways to annoy each other, all while their engagement hangs over their heads.
