Reign of the Seven Spellblades (Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai Suru) began publication in September 2018 with illustrations by Ruria Miyuki. The novel took first place in the Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! (This Light Novel Is Amazing!) from 2020.
A manga adaptation by Sakae Esuno It began publication in May 2019 in Shōnen Ace and an anime series adaptation premiered in July 2023.
The animation was delivered to the studio JC Staff (Edens Zero), the direction is Masato Matsune (Chronos Ruler), the script is by Shogo Yasukawa (Food Wars! Synopsis of Reign of the Seven Spellblades
Spring at Kimberly Magic Academy when new students begin their first year. A boy, dressed in a black robe with a white cane and a sword, approaches the prestigious school.
