Rem’s voice actress, Inori Minase involved in controversy on Twitter

Inori Minase is mainly known among the otaku public for being the Rem’s voice from isekai anime ReZero. Minase is one of the most famous voices in Japan and this extends beyond her work as a voice actress, as she is a singer as well.

Recently, Inori Minase has been involved in a huge controversy with her audience, as it was discovered that she had an alternative Twitter account where she spoke badly about other voice actresses!

It all started with the tweet below, now deleted but we have the print saved, it is a tweet from Inori Minase’s official account in which she comments on a publication in a Japanese gossip magazine that says: “A New Black Organization is Formed”this is a reference to an organization in the Detective Conan series.

And what did Inori Minase comment on the publication? She said: “Idiots who didn’t listen to Inori Minase’s warnings”. This could end up being just a joke, but the fans’ distrust came from what happened next.

The post was deleted almost immediately and soon after a new tweet was made informing fans that the account had been hacked and that they were investigating what had been posted.

This raised suspicions among fans because, firstly, hackers do not immediately delete publications when hacking an account and secondly, official accounts commenting on gossip magazine publications is not strange.

Fan investigation raises suspicions about Inori Minase’s alternative account

Soon fans began to investigate and discovered that there is an Inori Minase fan account called “Doyakonga” under the username “ujiiiiiiii2” (this account no longer exists). A few days earlier, the Doyakonga account had commented on a publication in the same gossip magazine.

People discovered that both accounts, the official Inori Minase account and the Dokayonga account, tend to end their sentences with !!, as you can see in the screenshots below:

Now comes the strangest thing, Doyakonga’s account was deactivated right after that tweet and Inori Minase’s official account was deleted. This series of events has led many on Japanese Twitter to suspect that Doyakonga is actually Inori Minase herself. Later tracking also revealed something very interesting, mainly that this account somehow knew about the plot of Genshin Impact’s Furina, who was voiced by Inori Minase.

The “Doyakonga” fan account is entirely dedicated to Inori Minase, but on the other hand, it also tends to act very negatively towards other artists in the industry.

The theory states that Inori Minase was behind the now-deleted Doyakonga Twitter account. It is worth remembering that on the platform there is the option for you to switch between the accounts you have access to. According to the theory, Minase forgot that she was on her official account and made this post as if she were on the “Doyakonga” profile.

  • The account has a lot of unpublished information about Inori Minase.
  • The account posted many defamatory messages against voice actresses other than Inori Minase.
  • The account had the same hobbies as the voice actress.
  • The writing style and use of emoticons is the same as the voice actress’s official posts.
  • The number of posts about the voice actress’s feelings and emotions is extremely high.
  • After suspicions arose that Minase was behind this account, it was immediately deleted.

And continuing, we have the voice actresses who have already been mentioned by the Doyakonga profile and what that profile said about each one:

Yuka Iguchi (her albums don’t sell, she had plastic surgery and increased the size of her breasts). Akari Kitou and Yuu Serizawa (they had plastic surgery on several occasions).

Yui Ogura (can’t lip sync in live shows, the songs she supposedly wrote were written by other people, agencies force production companies to sign her, which is not good for attracting her fans).

Saori Oonishi (she is hiding her marriage with Rikuya Yasuda), Itou Miku (ignored my greetings), Maaya Uchida (Sales of their products are not as big as they say).

Two seiyuus kind of gave Inori Minase hints about the whole situation, Itou Miku said that she would need “Look into other people’s eyes” when greeting to avoid misunderstandings. Yuka Iguchi said that “Those who laugh at the sweaty work of others are always those who don’t work hard.”

Many people received Minase’s message with disgust, generating a lot of criticism, while other people defended her, saying that everyone can make mistakes.

All previously mentioned comments It’s just rumors, it’s all just a theory and it is necessary to handle this information with complete care. It may be that this is actually Inori Minase’s alternative account, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

In addition to being the voice of Rem, the artist’s other notable works include Hestia in DanMachi and Itsuki Nakano in Gotoubun no Hanayome.
