Today it was announced that SHIBUYA♡HACHI (pronounced Shibuya Love Hachi), the mascot of Shibuya City Tourism Association will get an anime series that will debut in April 2024 on TV Tokyo.
This anime series SHIBUYA♡HACHI is part of the celebrations for the famous dog’s 100th birthday Hachiko.
In the anime, HACHI has been watching over the city as the symbol of the statue of the loyal dog Hachiko from Shibuya Station. HACHI begins to walk around present-day Shibuya, spending a relaxed and fun day to day with his happy friends.
