At the AnimeJapan 2024 this new trailer for the third season of Hibike! Euphonium (Sound! Euphonium) where we can hear the opening theme ReCoda” by TRUE. Sound! Euphonium 3 will premiere on April 7, 2024.

The highlight of Sound! Euphonium 3 go to Mayu Kuroea third-year transfer student whose distinct personality and abilities will become the core of the third season’s story.

Working in the franchise Hibike! Euphonium (Sound! Euphonium) was compromised by the tragic deaths of the character designer Shoko Ikeda and musical instrument animation director Hiroyuki Takahashi resulting from the fire attack on Kyoto Animation which resulted in 36 deaths and 33 injuries.

The author of the light novel, Ayano Takedapublished the story of Kumiko’s third year of high school in two volumes.

The anime series Hibike! Euphonium (Sound! Euphonium) had two seasons shown on Japanese TV in 2015 and 2016.

The story begins when Kumiko Omae, a girl who was in the high school brass band, visits the high school brass band as a newcomer. Kumiko’s classmates Hazuki and Sapphire decide to join the band, but Kumiko sees her old classmate Reina there and hesitates. She remembers an incident she had with Reina at the high school brass band competition…

The Kitauji Music club used to advance to the national competitions but since the change of advisor they have not been able to advance beyond the Kansai tournament. However, thanks to rigorous instruction from a newly appointed counselor, the students are gradually improving. The club members’ daily lives are full of ups and downs, including struggles over solos and the decision to give up club activities to focus on studies.
