One Piece 1121 closes by showing the faces of representatives of the seven parties who will apparently be involved in the hunt for One Piece. final saga:

How does the Straw Hats’ strength compare to theirs?
This is my analysis!
1. Straw Hat with Red Hair Pirates
Toei Animation/One PieceIf Luffy summons the Straw Hat Pirates Grand Fleet, Luffy’s fleet is actually stronger than Shanks’ fleet.
The problem is that Shanks’ main crew is indeed strong, but his fleet is filled with weak ships that seem to only be given Shanks’ flag so they can survive in the cruel New World.
Meanwhile, the Straw Hat Grand Fleet has top fighters like Bartolomeo and Cavendish.
The problem of course is the main crew of the Red Hair Pirates.
Shanks could be one of the remaining figures capable of fighting Gear 5 Luffy in a power struggle, while I think Beckman could be a tough opponent for Zoro.
Lucky Roux, Yasopp, and the others are also not to be underestimated.
However, considering that Shanks considers Luffy his best friend, I think the Straw Hat Pirates are more likely to be allies of the Red Hair Pirates than enemies.
Even if they become enemies, I think Shanks just wants to test whether Luffy is the person Roger has been waiting for.
2. Straw Hat with Blackbeard Pirates
Toei Animation/One PieceI think this one could be a balanced enemy for the Straw Hat Pirates.
Blackbeard can sometimes be surprised by his enemies, like when he fought Law, but usually he will win in the end. Ace, Law, those two strong fighters he can take down.
A figure like Shiryu could be a worthy opponent for Zoro, and all of Kurohige’s other subordinates cannot be underestimated.
Then don’t forget Kuzan, who could be stronger than his captain. Although at least, this Kuzan seems to have his own agenda and could betray Kurohige if his goals are achieved.
What caught my attention: Blackbeard is supported by 10 Titanic Captain. The main Straw Hat crew under Luffy is only 9.
If Luffy gets another crew member (maybe Bonney? Yamato?), this could be a truly balanced fight between Blackbeard and his 10 executives with Luffy and the 10 main crew members of the Straw Hat Pirates.
…although of course, there is also a possibility of 10 Titanic Captain This could be reduced to 9 if Kuzan suddenly betrays as theorized.
3. Straw Hat with Cross Guild
Toei Animation/One PieceThis one is interesting.
Buggy and Crocodile have indeed helped Luffy in the past, from Impel Down to Marineford.
But will they be enemies this time? Or allies?
Mihawk’s presence in Cross Guild giving an indication that they might even become the opposition, then Zoro will face his teacher to determine who is the Greatest Swordsman in the World in One Piece saga finale.
What’s the problem for Cross Guild if they fight the Straw Hats? Unless Crocodile gets a massive power boost, the Straw Hat Pirates should outclass all the members Cross Guild.
Crocodile once lost to Luffy, Daz Bones once lost to Zoro, and Buggy’s men like Cabaji are considered weak even by East Blue standards.
For now, Mihawk is really the only threat that feels dangerous, not just to Zoro but to all of the Straw Hats.
Of course, it is possible that Cross Guild will get new members. Maybe Doflamingo? Or maybe they can hijack the Seraphim that were deployed to attack them?
4. Straw Hat with Navy

Luffy can indeed face an admiral like Kizaru, but we’ve seen that an admiral-level fighter can still cause trouble for a strong crew like Sanji.
So in this situation chaoswhere Luffy cannot always protect his crew from threats, enemies like Kizaru, Fujitora, and Ryokugyu can endanger the other Straw Hat crew.
Even so, Sakazuki could be much stronger than figures like the three admirals.
That said, I suspect there’s a chance the Marines could split, between those who want to stop the pirates hunting for One Piece and those who are trying to focus on protecting innocent people.
There may even be a real split between Koby’s SWORD faction and the main Navy.
5. Straw Hats with God’s Knight (and most likely, other strong Mary Geoise fighters like Gorosei and Imu)
Monkey D. Dragon mentions Holy Knights. (Doc. Shueisha/One Piece)Figarland Garling was among those seen in chapter 1121, so God’s Knight looks like he’ll be a serious threat.
For these God’s Knights, I suspect they won’t be the only ones Luffy will face.
It could be Gorosei will still be a threat.
Likewise with Imu.
With great resources, they will likely be supported by the Navy, plus mysterious powers. Gorosei and it seems that the formidable power of Figarland Garling, the Mary Geoise faction has the potential to be the most dangerous threat in final saga.
Not only for Luffy, but also for all parties who are hunting for One Piece.
Imu certainly doesn’t want information on Laugh Tale to be revealed to the world, and God’s Knight’s priority may be to eliminate all other parties involved in this hunt.
However, there is a possibility that the God’s Knight might not be the one the Straw Hats will face later.
It is possible that the Red Hair Pirates will face Garling, since Garling seems to have a connection with Shanks.
It could also be the Revolutionary Army that faces them.
6. Straw Hat Pirates with the Revolutionary Army
For this one, I really doubt they will be Luffy’s enemies.
It could be that Luffy and Dragon will form an alliance to fight Imu.
But if we only compare strength, then I think Dragon, Sabo, and the Revolutionary Army commanders could be a threat to the Straw Hats.
Ivankov could definitely be a formidable foe for Sanji, Sabo feels like a top-tier fighter who could give Zoro a hard time, and Dragon should be very strong… although, given the hints that Dragon secretly loves his son, perhaps the father wouldn’t face his son unless forced to.
So that’s a comparison of the strength of the Straw Hats with the 6 parties. One Piece saga finale.
These six parties are all strong, but I suspect the God’s Knights and the Mary Geoise faction will be the most dangerous threats.
Not only because they are strong, but because they are supposed to be the ones who will fight the most to ensure the search for One Piece fails.
