With this trailer and promotional image, the official website of the anime series adaptation of the manga Megami at Café Terrace (The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses) by Kouji Seo announced that the second season will premiere in July 2024 (Summer anime season). The first season premiered in April 2023.
The animation is the responsibility of the first season staff, so we have animation by the studio Tezuka Productions (Adachi to Shimamura, Kanojo mo Kanojo), the direction is Satoshi Kuwabara (Black Jack, The Quintessential Quintuplets), the script is by Keiichirō Ōchi (The Demon Girl Next Door, The Quintessential Quintuplets) and the character design is by Masatsune Noguchi (Hakushon Daimaō, My Home Hero). Music is the responsibility of Shu Kanematsu (Castle Town Dandelion, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!) and Miki Sakurai (The Quintessential Quintuplets, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!)

Megami at Café Terrace (The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses) began to be published in Weekly Shonen Magazin in February 2021. Kouji Seo is the author of works such as Fuuka, Kimi no Iru Machi (A Town Where You Live) and Suzuka.
Synopsis of Megami at Café Terrace
Hayato Kasukabe was accepted into the University of Tokyo on his first attempt. Upon receiving news of his grandmother’s death, he returns to his childhood home, the Café Terrace Familia, for the first time in three years to meet five strange girls who claim to be “grandmother’s family”. Hayato’s unexpected life in a seaside town with these five girls of destiny begins here!
