 The Fable’s Synopsis

When you’re the infamous “genius assassin” known as The Fable, many things come easily. However, being a regular person is not one of them. In fact, hearing that you can’t kill anyone for a while might be the toughest job you’ve ever had…

The original manga inspired two live-action films, which premiered in Japan in June 2019 and June 2021.

The sequel manga, “The Fable: The Second Contact”, began serialization by Katsuhisa Minami in July 2021, with its 8th volume released by Kodansha on August 4, 2023.

This gripping story explores the complexities of an assassin’s life and the challenges that come with trying to be “normal.”
