At the Sneaker Bunko 35th Anniversary Party! it was announced that a second season of the anime series adaptation of the novel is in production The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrator Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei Suruin Rui Tsukiyo.
The first season premiered in October 2021 and above you can see a first promotional image of The World’s Finest Assassin 2.
The animation for the first season is from the studios SilverLink (My Next Life as a Villainess, Ange Vierge, Dusk maiden of Amnesia) and Studio Palettethe direction is Masafumi Tamura (Wise Man’s Grandchild, The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Two Car), the argument is Katsuhiko Takayama (Two Car, Ange Vierge, The Future Diary) and the character design is by Eri Nagata (Ensemble Stars!, Blade & Soul).

Synopsis of The World’s Finest Assassin

Rui Tsukiyowho is also the author of the novel Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi: Sokushi Mahō to Skill Copy no Chōetsu Heal (Redo of Healer)began publishing the novel in Shousetsuka ni Narou in July 2018. Subsequently, the publisher Kadokawa, through Sneaker Bunko, began its paper publication in February 2019.
