Trailer for the 1st episode of Banished From The Heroes’ Party 2

With a premiere scheduled for January 7, 2024, you can see above a trailer for the first episode of the second season of the anime series adaptation of the novel Banished From The Heroes’ Party (Shin no Nakama janai to Yūsha no Party o Oidasareta node, Henkyō from Slow Life Suru Koto ni Shimashita) by Zappon It is Yasumo.

This second season is titled Banished From the Heroes’ Party 2nd (Shin no Nakama janai to Yūsha no Party o Oidasareta node, Henkyō from Slow Life Suru Koto ni Shimashita 2nd).

The animation is from the studios Wolfsbane (Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan) and Studio Flad (Dame×Prince Anime Caravan), directed by Makoto Hoshino (DamePri Anime Caravan, KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will), the script is by Megumi Shimizu (My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, KING’S RAID: Successors of the Will) and the character designs are by Ruriko Watanabe (KutsuDaru., DamePri Anime Caravan).

The novel began to be published in October 2017 online in “Shōsetsuka ni Nārō”. In English the Yen Press published the 1st volume on September 22, 2020.

A manga adaptation by Masahiro Ikeno began to be released in Monthly Shōnen Ace in May 2018. The franchise already has more than 1 million copies in circulation.
