A TMS put online this trailer for the second part (2nd cour) of The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypsethe continuation of The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai). The opening theme is “Your Key” by JO1 and the ending theme is “Mikansei” (Unfinished) by Zakinosuke. The video summarizes the first part and we can hear the new opening theme of this second part, which begins airing on January 7, 2024.

Animation is the responsibility of the studio Telecom Animation Film (Tower of God, Lupine III: Part IV, Orange). The direction is Maki Odaira (Pokémon Journeys: The Series), the story is Shigeru Murakoshi (I’m Quitting Heroing, Zombie Land Saga) and the character design is by Youichi Takada (key animation from Lupine the Third: Part 5, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood).

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse (Mokushiroku no Yon-kishi) is a manga by Nakaba Suzuki which is the continuation of The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai).

The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai), written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzukiwas published in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen magazine between October 2012 and March 2020, with a total of 41 compiled volumes.

Mokushiroku no Yonkishi (Four Knights of the Apocalypse) is the continuation of the story of The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai) and began publishing in Weekly Shonen Magazine in January 2021.

The work inspired a 24-episode anime adaptation produced by A-1 Pictures in October 2014, followed by a 24-episode second season released in January 2018. A 24-episode third season was produced by Studio Deen and released in October 2019, followed by a fourth and final season released in January 2021.

An anime film titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Prisoners of the Sky (Nanatsu no Taizai: Tenkuu no Toraware Hito) premiered in Japanese cinemas on August 18, 2018.

A Netflix made the anime film available The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light (Nanatsu no Taizai: Hikari ni Norowareshi Mono-tachi), which, as the name suggests, is an original anime film in the franchise The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai). The anime film premiered in Japan on July 2, 2021.
