With this trailer the Kadokawa announced that KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world! 3Season 3 of the anime series KONOSUBA (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! / Konosuba – God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!), will premiere in April 2024. Konosuba 3 came second in the TOP of most anticipated animes for 2024.
As we previously reported, we are going to have a change of studio, the animation was handed over to StudioDrive (VLAD LOVE), was the Studio DEEN who animated the two previous series and the JC Staff animated the film.
The previous anime director, Takaomi Kanasakiwas promoted to chief director and management was handed over to Yujiro Abe (episode direction of Kaguya-sama: Love is War, Great Pretender), the story is by Makoto Uezu and the character design is again by Koichi Kikuta.

The first season premiered in January 2016 and the second in January 2017. The anime film KONOSUBA – God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World – Legend of Crimson premiered in August 2019 and the spinoff anime series Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! premiered on April 5, 2023.
The novel of KONOSUBA was released digitally from December 2012 to October 2013 on Shousetsuka ni Narou. A Bunko Sneaker began physically releasing the novel with illustrations by Kurone Mishima in October 2013 and ended in May 2020 with the release of its 17th volume.
The anime adaptation featured twenty episodes divided into two seasons, produced by Studio Deen and launched in January 2016 and January 2017, respectively. Later, a film titled Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Kurenai Densetsuby the same staff, except animation by JC STAFFpremiered in Japan in August 2019.
Synopsis of KonoSuba!
After suffering a ridiculous and pathetic death upon returning from purchasing a game, high school student and hikikomori Kazuma Satou finds himself sitting before a beautiful goddess named Aqua. It gives NEET two options: continue to heaven or reincarnate in every gamer’s dream – a real fantasy world! Choosing to start a new life, Kazuma is quickly tasked with defeating a Demon King who is terrorizing villages. But before he leaves, he can choose an item of any type to help him on his quest, and the future hero selects Aqua.
