A NBCUniversal posted online the uncredited opening and ending sequences of the second season of the anime series adaptation of the manga Kanojo mo Kanojo (Girlfriend, Girlfriend) by Hiroyuki.

The opening theme is “Dramatic ni Koi Shitai” by Hikari Kodama and the closing theme is “Forira” by ClariS.

The animation is now from the studio Synergy SP (Ten Count) instead of the Tezuka Productions (Adachi to Shimamura), the direction passed to Takatoshi Suzuki (direction of episodes of A Couple of Cuckoos, The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These) which thus replaces Satoshi Kuwabara (The Quintessential Quintuplets), the story remains the responsibility of Keiichirō Ōchi (The Quintessential Quintuplets) and the character design went from Akiko Toyoda (Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions) for Shouko Hagiwara.

Kanojo mo Kanojo (Girlfriend, Girlfriend) began publishing on March 4th and on its website we can read:

The “romantic neo-comedy” manga centers on Naoya, a first-year high school student. After he confesses to Saki, the girl he has loved for a long time, they decide to start dating and Naoya’s life is full of happiness. However, one day, a beautiful young woman named Nagisa also confesses her love to Naoya. Naoya and Nagisa immediately hit it off, and he tells Nagisa that he already has a girlfriend. She vows to confess to him again one day, when he suddenly proposes that they go talk to Saki about him dating both of them at the same time. Saki and Nagisa hit it off immediately, and although Saki was angry and reluctant at first about the idea, she eventually agrees.
