Daken is the author of the light novel Dare ga Yuusha wo Koroshita ka which has illustrations by toi8, this is a very short light novel with only 2 volumes, starting last year and finishing with its second and last volume now on August 1st.
This is a light novel with a very interesting story that would make a great anime, since we only have 2 volumes and the story is closed.
We Try to Find Out Who Killed the Hero in Dare ga Yuusha wo Koroshita ka
Dare ga Yuusha wo Koroshita ka is a “murder mystery”, that is, a story that involves a murder and we try to discover the killer, and in this case here someone killed the hero!
The hero and 3 companions set out on a journey to defeat the Demon King. Years pass until news arrives that the Demon King has been defeated. Happiness spreads throughout the kingdom and a welcome party is held, but only 3 heroes return.
It turns out that only Leon the Holy Sword, Maria the Saint and Solon and Great Sage return, the Hero is not present and when asked where the hero is they only say that he is dead, however none of them inform who or how he died.
They then begin to be interviewed to compile the great achievements that the group made and perhaps discover the truth about the hero’s death.
Who killed him? Was it the Demon King? Or was it one of them?
And the good news is that the manga adaptation has started to be published! Drawn by Ishida Akira!
