Why Did Naruto Let Himself Get Beaten By Karui? Here’s Why

Naruto Uzumaki has many enemies, but there are times when his enemies are not made by himself but by Sasuke, he is a Kumo ninja.

Karui is one of them and had beaten Naruto before, but why?

1. Kumo heads to Konoha because Sasuke attacked Killer B

After becoming a member of Akatsuki, Sasuke and the Taka team had their first mission, which was to capture Killer B. Jinchuriki Gyuki.

In this conflict, Killer B alone was able to fight against the Taka team, almost defeating them, but Sasuke used Amaterasu.

Actually Killer B survived, he tricked Sasuke with Bunshin from Gyuki’s tail, but Kumo didn’t know and only knew that Killer B was taken by Sasuke.

Because of this moment, three Kumo ninjas especially Killer B’s two students namely Karui, Omoi, and Samui came to Konoha to ask for information about Sasuke.

2. Naruto doesn’t want to tell Karui any information about Sasuke, to stop the cycle of hatred, Naruto offers to be beaten by Karui.

Karui and Omoi meet Naruto who was Sasuke’s teammate when he was still in Konoha.

Karui’s mission is to find information about Sasuke and also Akatsuki to Konoha, including Naruto. But Naruto doesn’t want to “sell” Sasuke’s information to Karui.

Karui is upset, she is confused about how to vent her emotions to Sasuke. Previously Naruto had just fought Pain and discussed the chain of hatred that must be stopped, it will not stop if there is still a grudge.

Because of this, Naruto offered himself to Karui to be beaten by her, so that Karui’s emotions could be channeled and not become a circle of hatred.

3. Naruto was beaten by Karui until he was finally stopped by Sai and Omoi.

Naruto is ready to be beaten up by Karui so that his emotions will subside, Naruto will not fight back.

But Sai just felt the first time he cared about his friend, so he stopped Karui. Karui intended to beat Sai up too, but was stopped by Omoi.
