Inosuke has his own uniqueness as a character Kimetsu no Yaiba who grew up in the forest and was cared for by wild boars.
But why is Inosuke wearing a pig mask? Here’s why.
1. Inosuke was raised by wild boars and grew up “savage”

Why is a boar taking care of a baby named Inosuke? It doesn’t matter, maybe because the boar lost its child? Well that’s the official description in the manga why Inosuke is being taken care of by the boar.
Having been raised by a wild boar since he was a baby, Inosuke grew up to be savage and use instinct rather than reason, like an animal.
2. The pig mask shows Inosuke’s savage side
ufotable/Kimetsu no YaibaIt is said that the boar mask that Inosuke wears came from the carcass of the boar that used to care for Inosuke, perhaps as a reminder.
In addition, Inosuke who uses a wild boar mask shows the “savage” side of Inosuke, where “savage” is indeed all aspects of Inosuke.
Inosuke also considers his mask to be a part of him, as he always wears this mask and he was very angry when his mask was taken by Doma.
3. Inosuke modified his mask so he could see through his eyes.

One of the things he changed was his eyes. When Doma took Inosuke’s mask, he asked how he changed or tidied up his eyes.
Inosuke modified the eye part of his mask in such a way that he could see from inside, and it also became a comedic moment when when he cried, his tears would also come out of the eyes on his mask.
