Muzan Kibutsuji was introduced as the Demon King in the series Demon Slayer. He is the first devil who has created many other devils as his subordinates.
As the Demon King, it is certain that Muzan holds the highest power among the other demons. Therefore, every demon that Muzan creates will bow down in fear of him. However, this does not seem to apply to the Upper Moon Demon 2.
Why is the Upper Moon Demon 2 Doma not afraid of the Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji in Kimetsu no Yaiba? Here is the explanation.
1. Upper Moon Devil 2 Doma

From the looks of it, the devil who led this cult looked very charismatic. Unfortunately, it was just a mask used to cover up his rottenness.
Doma is a psychopathic creature who takes advantage of his position in the Eternal Paradise Faith sect that he leads, eating his followers, especially women, and claiming that it is his way of saving them.
