Yuri anime series Whisper Me a Love Song already has a premiere date

After a delay, it has now been revealed that the anime series adaptation of the manga Whisper Me a Love Song (Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau) by Eku Takeshima it will debut on April 13, 2024. Above you can see the promotional image that accompanied the announcement.

It was also revealed that the opening theme is “Follow your arrows” by SSGIRLS and the ending theme is “Gifty” by Hana Shimano.

The animation is from Cloud Hearts with the company of Yokohama Animation Lab (Miru Tights) and the direction is by Akira Mano (Ghost Hunt). The argument is Hiroki Uchida (Requiem of the Rose King, The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest) and the character design is by Minami Yoshida (Mysteria Friends).

Synopsis of Whisper Me a Love Song (Sasayaku You ni Koi wo Utau)

Yori Asanagi is a mature girl in many ways, but she remains pure when it comes to romance. This feeling is demonstrated when a freshman, Himari Kino, suddenly confesses his love for her after her band’s performance at the opening ceremony. Confused and surprised, Yori asks her friends for a consultation, but they make fun of her, saying that she is experiencing love. Yori soon decides to try to reciprocate Himari’s feelings, but in a twist, she realizes that what Himari loved was not her, but her music!
