With this promotional image, the official website of the anime series adaptation of the manga Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) Maybe announced that a second season is in production. It was also revealed that the staff and cast will be the same.
The animation is from the studio Staple Entertainment (Kinsou no Vermeil), the direction is Takashi Naoya (Real Girl), the story is from Deko Akao (After the Rain) and the character design is by Saori Nakashiki (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!).
Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) began to be published in Big Gangan from Square Enix in March 2014. The duo Maybe is responsible for other mangas such as Tasogare Otome x Amnesia (Dusk Maiden of Amnesia) and Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi and (To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts) which were also adapted into anime.
