It was revealed that the 3rd season of the adaptation for anime series from the manga Yuru Camp △ by Afro, will debut on April 4, 2024.
The animation is the responsibility of studio C-Station (STARMYU, Dragonar Academy), directed by Yoshiaki Kyougoku, script by Jin Tanaka (Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode, Anne-Happy) and character design by Mutsumi Sasaki (Dragonar Academy, Chaos ;HEAd, Phantom ~Requiem for the Phantom~).
In the voice cast (seiyuu’s), we have:
- Yumiri Hanamori as Nadeshiko Kagamihara
- Nao Tōyama as Rin Shima
- Sayuri Hara as Chiaki Ōgaki
- Aki Toyosaki as Aoi Inuyama
- Rie Takahashi as Ena Saitō
The history of Yuru Camp △ follows two young women. Rin likes to go camping alone by the lakes that provide a panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Nadeshiko loves going on cycling trips alone to places where she can see Mount Fuji. After meeting, Rin and Nadeshiko go on camping trips, eat ramen together, and enjoy the scenery.
The first season of anime premiered in January 2018, while the second season premiered on January 7, 2021. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
Besides the anime seriesO mango it also has anime shorts, an anime film, a live-action series adaptation, and several video games.
In 2015, Afro launched the mango in the magazine Manga Time Kirara Forward from the Houbunsha and uploaded it to the manga website comic fuz from the Houbunsha in 2019.
