The official website for the anime series adaptation of the manga Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) Maybe released two teaser trailers online highlighting the characters Satō and Hime.
Scheduled to premiere in January 2024, the animation is from the studio Staple Entertainment (Kinsou no Vermeil), the direction is Takashi Naoya (Real Girl), the story is from Deko Akao (After the Rain) and the character design is by Saori Nakashiki (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!).
In the cast we have:
- Gen Satou as Haruto Satou.
- Akari Kitou as Krystal Novaty Nokanatika.
- Mikako Komatsu as Amber Idonokan.
- Miyushi Shimabukuro as Nephrites Lomka.
- Oh Kakuma like Saphir Maasa.

Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) began to be published in Big Gangan from Square Enix in March 2014. The duo Maybe is responsible for other mangas such as Tasogare Otome x Amnesia (Dusk Maiden of Amnesia) and Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi and (To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts) which were also adapted into anime.

Satou has been in love with his childhood friend and neighbor, Hime, since she and his grandfather appeared out of nowhere ten years ago. Now a stunning but mysterious beauty in high school, it becomes increasingly difficult for him to confess his feelings to her.
